Rodney and Kim Goss are the parents of three kids, three dogs, three chickens, and a hot-sauce company. The central Illinois couple started Hot Sauce by Goss in their kitchen, experimenting with a variety of concoctions from their own garden-grown vegetables, but the fumes eventually drove the cooking outdoors with the rest of their hobbies.

Even though the business has outgrown the Goss house, all of the Hot Sauce by Goss products are still prepared (or cooked?) and bottled here in the United States and hand-delivered to stores between fishing, hunting, and hot-sauce events!
